A question about something on this site, a correction, or a problem with a report you ordered? Send a message. We usually reply within one working day.

About an order

Quote the reference from your confirmation email and we can find the order straight away. If the report never arrived, say which email address you used: reports to Microsoft addresses occasionally end up in the junk folder.

Something wrong in the data?

If a flood map itself is wrong at your property, the mistake is in the source and we cannot change it. Report it to the Environment Agency, which publishes the maps; the sources page lists them. Tell us as well and we will note it.

Refunds

If a report misstates a fact that comes from the source data, we refund it in full. See the terms.
